Plugin Usage With Admired Theme

Thanks for your response.
I am not aware of the technical aspects here and hence put forward the following queries before i proceed further:

1. Where/which file to place “<?php if (function_exists(‘rps_show’)) echo rps_show(); ?>”.

2. Where do i add shortcode ? ‘[rps]’ or ‘[rps category_ids=”2,3″ total_posts=”2″ post_include_ids=”1″ post_exclude_ids=”2″]’.

3. In my widgets, the only place i can place this plugin is side bar.
I want it on top my home page which lists all posts.

1. Php code is there to place in php files like header.php, index.php
2. Shortcode to place in post or pages.
I would suggest to place it in php file using 1st method.

I was able to get the plugin loaded on Development Server…

Now, i am trying to configure some options:
1. Change the background color which is appearing “white” as of now. Is there some setting for this ??

2. Change the Posts Title Color & Posts Title Background Color : not working from settings. Added the following value “#344aef”; but didn’t work.

Please suggest.
