[Plugin: Urtak for WordPress] Plugin not working correctly – Login/Register issues.

  • I am having problems getting Urtak for WordPress to work. After installing the plug-in, it prompts me to either log in or register a new account with Urtak in order to continue.

    Neither scenario seems to be working correctly. I have registered at Urtak.com and when trying to log in with the WordPress Plugin, I recieve the following message:

    “Your account could not be retrieved. Please check your credentials and try again.”

    note: I have verified that the login credentials that I am using are active and correct.

    When trying to register a NEW account with Urtak through the WordPress Plugin, I recieve the following message:

    “An account with that email address already exists. Please login below.”

    This seemed to have been a temporary issue which we resolved. Is it working for you?
