Plugin uploads but won’t activate

    Hi,

    I’ve been using your plugin for a while now and found it very helpful indeed. Somehow, its disappeared, so I found it, uploaded and installed it.

    Following installation, the plugin does not appear anywhere in ‘Plugins’ and it will not activate without an error message saying “You do not have sufficient permissions to activate this plugin”.

    I then have to FTP the site, the plugin appears and then delete it. Back to WP, try again and the same thing happens again and again.

    Are you able to give an idea of what’s happening, please?

    I’ve just tried installing and activating it on several sites, without any trouble, so it appears to be something with your WordPress install. When I Google that exact error message, the only place it appears (besides this post) is in relation to “rtPanel”, a theme framework, which is perhaps the cause of your issue. Perhaps try enabling a default WordPress theme to see if it resolves the issue, and confirm that the problem is with your theme.
