Plugin: uploading images or linking embedding movies in comments

Good afternoon!

I want my “commenters” to be able to upload images with their content (limited size).
Also I want that my commenters can embed movies (like youtube) in their comments.
So everyone who can comment (not write articles) can upload images or embed movies..

Is there a plugin that makes this possible?
