PLUGIN for uploading files to be fetched by others during timeframe..

Hi,
We are in a school situation. We have an local debian hosted intranet WP site which the students can access even while they have no internet.

Also we have a local group named teachers whose members should be allowed to upload files to a WP ‘Test repository’ where ANY user (students) can download these files from published links during a defined time frame.

When uploading these files the teachers need to enter the date/time WHEN the links to the files are to be published and for HOW LONG they are going to stay published…
