Plugin Upgrade Issue: Stops at Unpacking

  • When I try to automatically upgrade a plugin, it just stops at unpacking. No error messages are shown, nothing else happens.

    What does this mean?

    Disabled nearly all plugins, still having the same issue. Upgraded to 2.6.2, still problems. Anyone have any ideas?

    my idea would be not use an automatic upgrader, but yeah thats much too hard.

    Whooami, you are rude. Some people have other things to do than sit at a computer all day. The automatic makes it much faster and yes, not so hard.
    That being said,
    I disabled all my plugins. I also found it a good time to delete ones that I didnt want, kind of a house cleaning time.
    After disabling all plugins, I then was able to use the auto upgrade sucessfully, I then of course reactivated my plugins and Im all up to date in less than a minute.
