Plugin upgrade crashed my site

  • Your latest upgrade 2.0.8 has crashed my site. I’ve had to completely de-activate all your plugins including some extensions that were purchased from you just to get my site showing at all. What gives?

  • Same here. I have even tried reverting to backup and still having issues. Multiple errors, warnings that just redirect me round and round in loops. This needs fixing ASAP!

    I have installed the Ultimate Member plugins and now my website is completely defunctioning. I have changed the theme, deactivate all plugins and still not working!

    It happened to me 5 times now. Use FTP to manually replace wordpress folders and files, except WP-CONTENT. That is where the content of your website is stored. Once it is up, try to de-active the plugin. My last try is to upgrade the database of Ultimate Membersip and see if it still crash or not. Keeping my fingers crossed)
