Plugin update shows blank ads with php 7 and 7.1

Hey, love the plugin. However, the recent update caused blank white space to show instead of adsense with php 7.1. When I roll back the plugin to previous version it works again.

With new update, I tested and found that lowering php version to 5.6 made the plugin work again. PHP 7.0 and 7.1 break the plugin. I have been running 7.1 for months with no problems with the plugin.

I ran the debugging function and see no errors to report. Just wanted to report this in case I’m not the only one experiencing? Thanks.
