    Hi there,

    I love ProfileGrid. We’ve had some minor issues that seem related to recent updates.

    1. ProfileGrid Custom Profile Slugs: Says it has an update but when I try, I get his error message, “Update Failed: Update package not available.”

    2. ProfileGrid User Display Name Says it has an update but when I try, I get his error message, “Update Failed: Update package not available.”

    3. ProfileGrid: After today’s update, the new profiles no longer display the person’s website and description on the member cards. The older ones still do but the newer ones are blank (even if I can see them filled in on WordPress). See the About tab for these for examples:

    Old: https://worldcommunity.us/my-profile/?uid=Juniper (click “About” tab)

    New: https://worldcommunity.us/my-profile/?uid=nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo1 (click “About” tab)

    Hello @lenncat,

    Extensions are not upgradeable from the Plugins list inside Dashboard with one click. You’ll have to first download the extension zip file on your computer and then install that zip file as new plugin on your site. Do this is after deleting the older extension version from the Plugins list in Dashboard.

    You may download the extensions from your account on our site .

    Regarding profile page issue, it is not replicating at our end. In order to check the issue on your site we will require access details. Please please reach out to us through our support page on our site and we can help you in order to allow us assist you further.
