plugin update or new install results in white screen

    Hi,

    I’d really appreciate some help please.

    When I updated this plugin via WP admin access it repeatedly has resulted in a white screen. The site remains live, but https://partnersinprevention.org.au/wp-admin/ becomes a white screen (only).

    I have turned off all plugins via ftp and reinstalled one by one, on several occasions. I have even tried uninstalling the plugin (via the admin panel) and reinstalling a fresh version. Same result.

    I’m at a loss as to how to resolve this?

    Access to WP admin is restored by deactivating all the plugins via FTP, but I would still like to use this plugin if possible.

    Hey oncommsm,

    I just checked the wp-admin of your website and did not find any issues. I was redirected to the login page as usual.

    If only this plugin is causing the issue, would it be possible for you to share with us login details of your website. Do let me know. In case you can, then I’ll provide a way for you to share it with us.
