  • Hello @syedali464

Open FTP client and enter your FTP access credentials (host, username, and password) to access files on your server. Navigate to ‘your WordPress website/wp-content/plugins’ directory. Delete the WooCommerce plugin folder.

After deleting it you will be able to reinstall the WooCommerce plugin from your site.

It might be helpful for you.

    Best Regards

    Hi @syedali464

    Thanks for your message!

    Before uninstalling the plugin completely:

    1. Ask your host for a full backup to be created (DataBase included)
    2. Complete a conflict test on your site. This could be caused by a conflict with another piece of software on your site. If you are able to reproduce this under the following conditions:

    – An unmodified, default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront active.
    – No other plugins except for WooCommerce active.

    3. If that does not make WooCommerce appear in the plugin list. Ask your host to remove the plugin from the directory as @mobin210385 has kindly suggested

    4. Reinstall WooCommerce.

This should not delete the products since those items are stored in the DataBase, bus just to be safe, you’ll have the backup ready.
