Plugin update fails

    I’m trying to update the plugin from version 2.8 to version 2.13 and get this message:

    Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

    Other plugin updates on the same website work fine so it does not seem to be a file permissions problem.

    Please advise.
