Plugin Update Error

    I’m trying to update and download plugins and am getting this error.

    download failed. error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /home/thewe/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/gateways/cacert.pem CApath: none

    What do I need to do to correct it?

    Nevermind, for some reason espresso was keeping everything from updating. I’ve deleted it and it’s working now.
