Plugin update error

I developed my site on my localhost (my machine).
Installed everything on the public server and it did good.Everything works.
Now I have some plugin update to do and cannot achieve to do that.
The following error appears:
Update Failed: Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.
All permitions are granted with 777 even for the tmp directory.
Any clues?
