    The required update has been a nightmare. Yesterday our store was down the entire day, as the old system closed on the 26th Dec, which meant the plugin stopped working (no suburbs could be found in the system, so you were unable to checkout). Zero support available from head office as it was a public holiday, so had to create a store-wide notice saying you cannot check out. Now today with the new plugin update that is REQUIRED, you are no longer able to select the shipping types you want excluded, and when you go to the checkout page, every shipping type under the sun is selected, and YOU CANNOT DESELECT ANYTHING. So a customer wanting to by a R300 product will have to spend R1500 on shipping. This is ridiculous guys. Come on. Especially with ZERO support staff available to even verify that there is a problem. Seriously considering telling my clients to switch couriers.

    Please note that 5.0.1 is now deployed which resolves the following issues.

    = 5.0.1 – December 28, 2021
    * Fix shipping options auto-selecting.
    * Normalise weight to KG if config set to other weight units.
    * Fix Uncaught TypeError: class TCG_Plugin does not have a method “updateTCGServiceOnOrder”

    Currently under development is developing the rate and label override feature which is intended to mimic the legacy feature which supported the Parcel Perfect API. This will be published in a new version once it is ready. We will keep all Ship Logic issues to this thread going forward.

    @duffy1721 That part is still not fixed, but they are working on it. I Was in direct mail contact with someone after these guys here deleted my posts for some reason

    Shipping is still an issue. All orders that are LSF (same day turnaround) get pulled through to the TCG portal as ECO (3-5 day turn around). I have raised this with IT and local area manager but no valid response has been received.

    Hi there, nope, I have only a string of emails between TCG IT department and myself. Im unsure if it is plugin related or portal related, nobody seems to be able to tell me, and their feedback is incredibly slow at best. Another issue just cropped up – one of our customers (who has previously ordered without an issue) has just tried to order, and the plugin does not pick up her area at all (Onrus, WC, 7201). She had no issue ordering (pre-update) and now the system has no idea where Onrus is. I tried Hermanus, same story. I have no idea if this is a Ship Logic issue or a plugin issue. All I know is I have spent the last two weeks putting fires out for my clients and generating manual invoices while January ticks away and I haven’t been able to get to actual work. This morning I have disabled LSF for all areas so that at least our customers will not get confused when their same day flyer arrives two days late.

    Donno on my test server its still showing hectic shipping cost calculations

    moved plugin to uafrica sadly cost R300 a damn month and even there with the intergration pricing is now and then little off now shipping insurance is R50 for R1001-2500 instead of 2% ….like since when i loose R30 etc everytime somone adds insurance

    sorry for piggybacking on here but i dont see how this is fixed at all
