Plugin update breaks site

    Hi, excuse me but I have version 3.2.5 of your bold page builder. I tried to update it both to latest version and also afterward to a previous one but everytime I update it all the website goes to blank pages and I have to rollback. Could I have assistance with that? How can I find the issue?

    Sorry to hear about blank pages. If it is possible, please test on your site with parent Avantage theme (latest version) and all required plugins too. We recommend you to first back up your content. If the issue still remains than please contact our premium theme support?here.

    P.S. We tested in our environment and we weren’t able to recreate a situation.

    We’ve released recently new Bold Builder update. Please update it on your site, it should resolve the mentioned issue on your site.

    Regarding your question and licence key, unfortunately we do not have it.

    I am using version 4.7.2 but I am still having the issue described by prestivalore above. Is there a way I can rollback to an earlier version?
