    Hi support,

I just upgraded your plugin from v2.1.2 to 3.0.2 and it has caused the images on my Smash Balloon Instagram feed to disappear. After doing a bit of digging, I discovered that if I disable the ‘Advanced Script Rendering’, the images once again display properly.

Should this be necessary? I’m not familiar with what this function does and whether I need it or not.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

The URL is: https://seanhydendogtrainer.co.uk although just to forewarn you, I’ve rolled your plugin version back to v2.1.2 so let me know if you need me to update to the latest version and then disable the advanced script rendering.

    Hi @mparsons501979,

If Smash Balloon Instagram Feed is enabled in the script blocker, our plugin’s default behaviour is to prevent Instagram feed posts before obtaining approval. There is an option to automatically identify the GDPR consent plugin in the Instagram feed plugin and unblock the Instagram posts. Up until the 2.1.2 version of our plugin, this feature was functional.

However, in version 3 and above Smash Balloon Instagram Feed cannot exclude its post from blocking. Therefore it will stay blocked until the site visitor gives his consent.
