Plugin Update / Active disabled

Hi,
I hope this message finds you guys well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we’ve observed with our WordPress freemium plugins, particularly Prime Slider.

Since the last update, our users have reported not receiving update notifications. Additionally, attempts to install the plugin via the ‘Add New Plugin’ option in the Plugins menu have been unsuccessful. The activation button appears to be hidden, marked with a disabled css class.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
