Plugin update

I just updated the readme file to bring it up to date. I will be reviewing and updating this plugin in 2024. You can follow the updates on the github repo if you want.

Great, as long it is working it is OK

I tested on my server yesterday (WP 6.4.2, PHP 7.4, latest polylang, latest CF7 plugins) and it worked fine for me.

great. I have create a new project in Github for the next v3.0 (likely in 2024). If you have any enhancements feedback to improve the plugin usage with cf7 forms, please do post them in an issue.
