Hi Guys
Version 1.9.2 of Jigoshop when I updated made my site unobtainable only showing the error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/46/8215446/html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/plugins/jigoshop-web-optimization-system/jigoshop-web-optimization.php on line 32
when going to the site. I deleted it in the back office to restore my site. When trying to re-nstall 1.9.2 it hits a fatal error with the same code.
I was not running jigoshop on any other site except https://www.timmilne.com and that has been deleted – I do want to use it again in the future though.
Please advise
Best wishes
Tim
@maisonwhite we’re back in work, checking your issue.
@tadhg61 this error means that you have to update PHP version. Required one is 5.3 or higher. You can update via your hosting admin panel or by contacting your hosting provider. Thanks all looks to be working now, had to reset various settings but tested and looks fine. Minor issue is that it has set all previous orders with a status of pending!
Ps at which stage would it be safe to upgrade to 1.9.2, have you identified the cause of my issue?
Just seen email, issue to be fixed in 1.9.3, will upgrade with some hesitation! And everything crossed!
Please wait until 1.9.3
Please always backup first just in case anything goes wrong but we hope to cover all issues foundRolled back to 1.8.6 and went through each tab within Settings again clicking Save Changes on each tab, fingers crossed 1.9.3 will sort this out.
@visser Labs, let me know if it’s fine with just released 1.9.3
