[Plugin: Ultimate Nofollow] Feature Suggestion

I finally got around to adding a checkbox in the “insert/edit” link dialogue box on posts and pages so now you can nofollow your links just as easily as the default option of making them open in a new tab

Sorry it took so long… I just hate Tinymce.

Hopefully this will make the plugin a lot more useful to people!
