[Plugin: Ultimate Maintenance Mode] Chrome trouble

Hey mate, seems to be a spot of trouble when used with chrome. The manually added screenshot works perfectly but not dark overlay or message.
Otherwise works perfect in firefox, internet explorer, opera etc etc.
Any ideas? I’m going to have a crack at sorting this myself. Will post what I discover. Cheers!
