[Plugin: Ultimate Blogroll] Check if ports are open. What does this mean?

    Anyone know what this means? It keeps showing on WP dashboard.

    Ultimate Blogroll: Could not check for reciprocal website. Check if ports are open.

    PS. I noticed when I placed the tag inside a page; I noticed nothing else showed, ie: any other text…how can I insert some Terms if it does not allow anything other then the tag? I should be able to place other text above or below the tag….
