[Plugin: Uji Countdown] Not showing in Excerpt

Hi there

Tried the plug-in today.
When adding a countdown to a blog post, it will not show on the front page (excerpt), but only when I got the the blog post itself… Might be my theme or is it working as designed?
The Javascript seems to filtered..
