[Plugin: Types – Custom Fields and Custom Post Types Management] Field used once in header

    If these fields are not associated with a specific post, Types doesn’t handle them. You can add these to your theme settings page in the WP admin. There are other plugins that let you add fields to WP menus and you can also code that manually.
