[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Why 4 plugins?

Why not combine all 4 plugins into one in the Plugins page? It’s a bit confusing to have 4.
If this is so that we can deactivate some functionality, e.g. bit.ly, without losing the configs, an Enable/Disable checkbox in the settings would suffice.
