[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Small patch to remove Twitts from feeds and Update Service

I had a small Facebook-Twitter-problem causing my Facebook status to get every Twitter post twice. First from Twitter directly to my Facebook status. And then from Twitter to my blog to my Facebook feed as a Blog update with Solaris Blogcast application. ??
