[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Tweets wont show up, I get a message saying not available

I’m getting so frustrated trying to list my latest 5 tweet updates. I have been trying to use the twitter-tool plugin but everytime I insert <?php aktt_sidebar_tweets(); ?> for my tweets to show up, i get a message saying the messages are unavailable at this time. Does anyone know what is up with this? or how to fix it?
