    Shortcode in template doesn’t give any results.
    do_shortcode('[hashtag_tweets hashtag="keyword" number="5"]');

    you need to echo it out to see it so use:

    <?php
echo do_shortcode('[hashtag_tweets hashtag="keyword" number="5"]');
?>
