[Plugin: TweetMeme Button] Custom URL Shortener Tweetmeme

Is there a custom URL shortening plugin out that that works with the Tweetmeme plugin? If I’m going to the effort of using my own URL shortener, it doesn’t quite make sense to have to use a 3rd party one as well just for Tweetmeme.
