[Plugin: Tweetbacks] Integration into new P2 theme

I’ve tried following the instructions at https://yoast.com/wordpress/tweetbacks/implementing-tweetbacks-wordpress-27/ for how to integrate Tweetbacks into my blog – but I think due to the more complex nature of comments in the P2 theme, a lot of the files mentioned in the instructions don’t work the same way.

Can someone help me get my Tweetbacks showing up both in the single post pages and also the inline comments on the homepage?
