[Plugin: Tweet Old Post] Setting Tweet Interval

Hello. So I was able to follow some of the advice here on the board and get the plugin working – yay ??
Now, however, it’s not tweeting at the interval I selected. I really only want a few old post tweets a week so I set it for 48 hours, but then it posted twice today. ??? Any suggestions on what might be going on?
