Plugin translation

I am trying to do a plugin translation using .po and .mo files.

Unfortunately, I cannot find and translate placeholders strings for input (i.e. “Enter Username”, “Enter Password” etc.) and other like “You do not have permission to access this content” or “This field is required”. How can I translate it?
