[Plugin: ToolBar Removal completely disable] wp-deregister_style was called incorrectly?

“Notice: wp_deregister_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or init hooks.”

This “notice” show because you have activated debug level on your installation.

Why you use debug level?

Normal situation, with default debug level work fine …

P.S. This is only a debug notice (i use a trick) not a bug of my plugin!

well- i guess you are right – it is just a “notice.” i’ve just been trying to keep my wordPress as clean as possible. i use debug so that i can see if there are bugs. and conflicting code. so that if something is wrong – i don’t go insane trying to find out what it could be – and destroy all my hard work in vein.
