[Plugin: ToolBar Removal – Completely Disable – Admin] Works, but Site Title, User, and Log Out Stil

This is the best thing I’ve found, but 2012.0621.0341 still allows a table at the top that has the Site Title, User, and Log Out still printed up at the top. Any way to get rid of those?
Combining this with Ozh Drop Down menu, but it still happens when I disable that plugin.
