Plugin to slide out and give option to switch to other domain

  • Hi,

    I run two country specific websites, one with a .ie domain and the other with a .co.uk domain extension (Different domain names)
    I am looking for a simple plugin that will slide out and ask the user if they are UK based to switch to the .co.uk site and vice versa.

    Anybody any ideas?
