Plugin to Show Total Posts in Parent Category?

Is there a plugin or a modification of WordPress that would allow WordPress to show the totals post in a Parent Category from both the Child + Parent Posts?

For Example:

Computers (4)
>> News (2)
>> Reviews (1)
>> Training (1)

I want my child categories (News + Reviews + Training) to add to my Parents total. However, I do NOT want to select the Parent category if I select a child category since that will cause other issues on my blog.
