Plugin to show recent posts and videos

Hello All,
I am trying to find if there is a plugin that will let me show recent posts and videos so people can click on it right from homepage to go to that specific page.

However,
I am trying to find a plugin that is a type of a slider. But slider works this way- a image comes on the screen and stays there for 3-5 seconds and another image comes and stays there for 3-5 seconds and so on.
I want a constantly moving images with max three at one time. So lets say i have 5 posts and 3 videos when the homepage loads, the first posts slowly creeps in from let ro right or vice versa and then followed by another post and then say another video and when fourth post stas to come in the first post in on the far right and starts to disappear.

If the person puts mouse cursor and hover on it ti will pause the movement.

I am sure its not a called a slider but something else does anyone know of something like this?
