Plugin to show <code> after comment

  • Hi, just wanted to query,

    Is there any plugin which work like a forum ?

    Like say i have post a link with

    To show this link, any user who enter, must post a comments, or a thanks in order to show the code.

    If there is, do let me know [email protected]

    I guess this plugin is very useful
