Plugin to reveal unique codes on entry of password

  • I need a plugin/solution that will issue a code to a user on submission of their surname and ID number.

    The data is kept on an Excel sheet of 200 users – with a unique code (which changes weekly) in a cell to the right of their name and email.

    So to fetch the code themselves, they would type in to a box say ‘JONES 4087’ and their code would be retrieved and displayed.

    Any ideas good folks of WordPress*?

    *It doesn’t necessarily have to be WordPress either if there was something in an HTML page or script that worked similarly (bearing in mind I’m not a developer!).

    Unfortunately, this seems pretty specific to your use-case and may end up being developer centric. Many of the CSV plugins seem to be either list everything in the CSV or import the CSV into a database. You may have better luck reaching out to your local WordPress Meetups or WordCamps.
