Plugin to restrict categories or widgets to specific pages?

I am trying to use the blogroll as sub navigation in the sidebar. I simply need to have links relevant to the page the user is it displayed in the sidebar. If i could restrict the sidebar widgets to specific pages i could do that easy. anyone have any suggestions or perhaps a better way of doing this?
