Plugin to Pull in RSS Posts by Specific Author

  • I write for several websites and on my main website I’d like to be able to pull in the RSS feeds from those other websites, but ONLY for the articles I’ve written, not for the other authors who’s permission I don’t have.

    Ideally I’d like to be able to have the first xxx words of an article with a link back to the original source.

    Does any plugin exist that would enable me to do this?

    Nope ?? I could ask though, no guarantees

    You might be stuck with creating an rss feed of links to all your guest posts on your own site. If there was one plug-in that could do that, all of the sites that contain your content would have to run it. If they were all wordpress.com sites instead of self-hosted, then you could have an author specific rss feed, but it would have to be one feed for each site.

    Is there no plugin that will pull articles from any old RSS feed but only republish all or an extract from articles if the author name matches a specific string? ?? Bummer if not
