Plugin to post to another WP site?

I am looking at using WP as a feedback database where when someone sends feedback it automatically sends it from a form one one site to a post on another, using the comment functionality as a log for how our company responded to the feedback.

Essentially what I’m needing is a plugin that allows for a contact form that, instead of emailing the response, posts to another WP site (using XML-RPC?), using extra fields as a Key=>Value for the additional fields that would be collected.

Does this type of plugin exist?
