PLUGIN to manage the usage of other PLUGINS for ceratain users

    I’m having a plugin that my customer has to use, but I want him to use that plugin while he being an EDITOR not ADMIN.

    Is there a plugin that manages the option that user can use (as an admin) certain plugins from many even they are only editor?
