Plugin to limit number of posts from author?

I am looking for a plug in that controls numbers of post allowed per user depends on user role.

My site will allow user to post the content, so they have to sign up for an account and depends on which package they signed up for, they can allow to post up to that allowance number of posts. When they max out the allowance, admin will have to reset their account in order to post again.

can anyone suggest me if there any plugin for that?
