Plugin to handle users walks

I’m making a wordpress site, where users should be able to log in and add how long they have walked.
Case:
I will make some routes outside in the nature of different length. On every route there will be a “code/number” at the startpoint, and one at the endpoint.
The user should be able to login and add the Start-number and end-number. After that the route should be saved.

Do any of you know any plugin that can handle that?
