plugin to get related EXTERNAL posts?

  • Using WP 2.7
    I’m wondering if there is a plugin to bring in related posts or similar posts from other blogs/sites? Like wordpress.com has but I have self-hosted WP via bluehost. Seems there are plugins that move in that direction, but I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for. Sphere-related-content plugin does not appear to work in 2.7. Neither does arkayne-related-posts plugin…any recommendations?
