plugin to exclude certain posts for blog page?

  • My site is sandramcteague.com and it only has one page dedicated to blogging.

    But in Voyage theme posts are used for the slider (category: slders) and other or uncategorized posts for everything else (blogging). The problem is that when I select a blog template for the page, all the posts show up.

    Is there a plugin I can download that will let me exclude certain categories of posts for a page not the homepage?

    I found a few plugins but they only separated posts for a homepage.
