Plugin to edit forms from other plugins

Hi there,

I have a newsletter plugin, but i receive the error [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”] when i click of the link to open the subscribe form:
[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

Other question, how do i edit the form [contact-form-7] from the plugin?

Is there any plugin to edit the forms from the plugins installed?
