Plugin to draw links/codes from known list without replacement

I have a hard time finding an appropriate plugin to draw some links/or codes (from earlier preapred list) without replacement (without returning the codes/links to the list) in a simple questionnaire. I found and tested a few of plugins, but I can’t find that one. Therefore, I wanted to ask here if someone know the right plugin for that work?

More detailed description:
So basically I want to have a list with prepared coupons (made by myself, not random), for example: coupon_01, coupon_02, coupon_03. Then if the person enter the site I want to show info about “coupon_01” and delete it from the list. If the second person enter the site he/she will see eaither randomly chosen “coupon_02” or “coupon_03” code, and so on.
